Seema De Jorge-Chopra was born and bred in London; she is a mother, a movement coach and a kathak dancer. She is passionate about helping women to connect with their physical & mental health and promotes the benefits of strength training for all. \

  • Transitioning from womanhood to motherhood.
  • Generational patterns and pressures.
  • Motherhood during the lockdown.
